Ops Architect

Senior Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager with 14+ years of experience across cross-functional delivery, digital platforms, experimentation, operations, consulting, and large-scale launches.

I currently provide independent technical program management and technology consulting to small and medium-sized businesses, helping translate business needs into requirements, delivery plans, technical solutions, QA processes, and successful launches.

Previously, at Catalysis supporting Microsoft, I managed concurrent programs across Microsoft Learn, Ignite, and Build, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, Content, Support, and Operations. Earlier, at Lime, I led six city launches serving more than 1M riders.

My technical background spans SQL and experimentation, AI-enabled workflows, full-stack systems, analytics, automation, and software delivery—allowing me to work effectively between business, product, engineering, and operations teams.

Working style

  • Default to small, shippable scopes with explicit constraints.
  • Prefer static-first builds and clean, readable TypeScript.
  • Document updates objectively with data, where it's found easily.
  • Let's keep interfaces calm, uncluttered, and performance-minded.

How I operate

  1. Create clarity from ambiguity

  2. Establish owners, dependencies, and decision points

  3. Surface risk early

  4. Build lightweight operating mechanisms

  5. Measure outcomes

  6. Document the system so teams can own it

What I enjoy

  • Designing resilient foundations that stay simple at scale.
  • Writing short essays about process, craft, and focus.
  • Automating repetitive flows to make room for creative work.
  • Helping teams set calm defaults for building and shipping.
